We are in the kingdom of Tonda Iblea in Chiaramonte Gulfi in the province of Ragusa. Here, in an area that spares no expense for colors and scents, Salvatore Cutrera, together with his sisters Maria and Giusy, take care of the family's over 50 hectares of olive groves
A story that begins far away, that of the Cutrera family, the origins of the company date back to 1906. Much has happened since then, but one constant has never changed, love for one’s craft, respect for the land and research of high quality.
“The true demonstration of how quality is not a concept that is taught, studied or learned, quality must be felt inside, in the soul, because it has its roots in our conscience.” Frantoi Cutrera currently has two plants with three extraction lines, a warehouse for oil storage, a modern bottling plant, manages more than 50 hectares of olive groves in the Iblei Mountains and exports the precious olive oil to more than 30 countries in the world.
