Tedi and Sandi Chiavalon lead the family-owned Chiavalon farm, renowned for producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil in Istria, Croatia. Located in Vodnjan, the company cultivates and promotes the region's native olive varieties, including Buža, Bianchera, Carbonazza, Moražola, and Rožinjola.

The company’s history is rooted in centuries-old tradition, kept alive through ecological farming and innovative techniques, guaranteeing certified organic and Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) olive oil. With 12,000 of their own olive trees and an additional 10,000 cultivated by selected partners, Chiavalon has established itself among the leading olive oil producers internationally, winning numerous prestigious awards.
